Purchasing on Learndot Enterprise

Using the Shopping Cart

  • Login to Learndot and browse to an item you would like to buy
  • (If applicable select the quantity, required number of users and type of the purchase). Click on the Purchase/Add to Cart/Register Button on the bottom of the screen

  • The Shopping Cart will appear displaying the items in the cart. Items can be removed and the quantity can be modified. Coupon codes for discounts should be added in the Add Coupon field
  • To empty cart Click Empty
  • To finalize the order Click on Checkout

  • Select your Payment Type to continue with the transaction. Enter in Your Billing, Tax and Credit Card Information into the Checkout Form. Click on the Next Button to continue
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on Confirm Order on the bottom of the screen
  • A Checkout Summary page will appear with confirmation of the order. A reference number and confirmation email will be sent

Review Orders

Orders can be reviewed by:

  • Click on the My Account Button located at the top of the screen
  • At the top of the screen, click on learndot dropdown menu icon and press on Your Account
  • Scroll down to the Orders/Quotes Section. The following fields are shown related to Orders
