Providers

Overview

Providers are training subsidiaries you work with who provide:
  • Training locations
  • Training courses
  • and Run events

Each Provider has their own Provider Interface where they can login to see and manage their offerings.

Fields

NameName of the provider.
URLWebpage URL of the provider.
DescriptionA description of the provider.
Cancellation PolicyA principle of action for cancellations.
Default Class Start TimeThe class start time if course creator does not set a different start time.
LogoAn image representing the course. The image file is selected with the Static File Manager.
NotesAny notes about the provider that the admin may wish to add.
AddressAn address of the provider.
Avalara Company CodeA company code used to identify itself with AvaTax.
Note: Enter "Not Applicable" if this provider's purchases are non-taxable. 
URL pathA few words that describe this entity. Leave blank to auto generate.
Visible ToSelect visibility of the provider.
Payment OptionsPayment options: Credit Card, Purchase Order or both.

Actions

Adding Contact as a Provider

To add a contact as a provider:

  • Log in as an Administrator
  • Navigate to Customers > Contacts
  • A list of all contacts will be shown. Click on the edit icon

  • Scroll down to Partner section

  • Select a provider from for field Provider. This makes the contact a representative of the Provider.

A provider can have multiple representatives.
