Questionnaires are used for evaluating potential talents to give classes. They are attached to a Knowledge Category, and the questionnaire is shown when a talent applies online with a skill that matches this knowledge category.
Creating a Questionnaire
To create a questionnaire, click on 'Create New' under Admin console > Certification > Questionnaire and fill in the fields.
Once the questionnaire is created, to add new questions, click on 'Add' under the Questions section.
A question is one of the following types:
- Optional
- Required
- Quiz
Each quiz question gives a specified point, where total points for the given questionnaire are then accumulated.
Attaching a Questionnaire
If you want to include a questionnaire, be sure to set-up a questionnaire first in the administration.
Then within the Knowledge Category, assign the Questionnaire to the category.
