Leads

Overview


Leads is a module that is used to track communication with site visitors who contacts staff via the Contact Us page. Each lead entity is created for each contact occurrence.


Fields

FieldDescription
Status

The status of the communication:

  • New - New leads that are typically not been read yet or not responded to yet.

  • In Progress - Leads where communication is on-going.

  • Completed - Leads that are resolved and closed.

  • Converted - Leads that resulted in sales, engagements, training opportunities, talent opportunities or some sort of business.

  • Bogus - Spams, pranks or fake leads.

SubjectTitle of the message
MessageThe body content of the message

Description

Standard OperationsThe Leads entity supports all of the Entity Actions.

Create Lead Entity

to create a new Lead entity: 

  • Log into Learndot as an Administrator 
  • Navigate to Customers > Leads
  • Click on the New button

  • Fill up the form (explained above), and hit Save
