Overview

Learndot Enterprise uses survey forms to collect feedback from participants of a training class. Each survey has its own unique URL which can be emailed to course registrations from the relevant class page in the Learndot Enterprise administration. This is an overview of the survey:

How to Configure the Survey

  • Login as an Administrator
  • Navigate to System > Surveys 
  • Click update options

Toggle the options to on or off:

Questions are grouped into 4 categories, and can not be edited or modified:

Category

Description

Training Content

Questions relating to the course content and materials.

Instructor

Questions relating to the instructor and his / her knowledge of the subject matter.

Facilities

Questions relating to the quality of the facilities used to deliver the training.

General / Testimonials

Request for general comments and a testimonial.


How to Automatically Send Surveys 

Please refer to this document to understand how to create triggers to send surveys post-classes. You can always request our Support team to create the trigger for you by sending an email to support@learndot.com.

To send the link manually, go to the ILT page and click on Survey. It will open a tab on your web browser with the survey URL. You can copy this link and send it to learners:

ILT Survey Responses

The results of survey responses can be used to generate reports and display ratings to potential customers.

To find the survey results, proceed with the following steps:

  • Login as an Administrator 
  • Navigate to the ILT event, (Catalog > Events) you wish to display ratings for
  • On the right pane, click Survey Responses under Generate


You may have one of these two scenarios:

  • If no surveys were submitted. The result would be as in the screenshot below:



 

  • Otherwise, the result page would be as in the screenshot below:
     


Elearning & Content Responses

Elearning and content components make use of specific survey notifications

To find the survey results, proceed with the following steps:

  • Login as an Administrator 
  • Navigate to the learning component you wish to display ratings for (Catalog > Learning Components > Content/ eLearning)
  • On the right pane, click Survey Responses under view

  • The Survey Responses page will list all submitted surveys as in the screenshot below:
